How my Dubsado client portal works
Managing our projects always take a lot of time and energy from us. That's why we keep our eyes on every tool we can use to ensure that our tasks are done more efficiently. That way, we won’t sacrifice the quality of our work for our clients.
Things can be easier if there’s a tool for everything and which can solve our daily struggle with project management. Luckily, that’s what I found on Dubsado.
What is Dubsado?
Dubsado is a project management tool where you can securely create workflows and see overall process. You can build better client relationship since it's a great tool for scheduling appointments, creating and sending contracts or emails. It also serves as a safe storage for your important files.
Which industries use Dubsado?
Honestly, I think that any industry could use it: photographers, lawyers, insurance advisers, anyone who needs to manage workflow and client information.
Why do I use it?
Dubsado helps me in a lot of ways. I manage my time, invoices and client details there which would probably be so stressful for me if I don’t have any management tools with me.
Here are some other ways to use Dubsado:
Lead management - Track leads with lead funnels so it'll be easier for you to follow up to them. You can also send automated response to save time.
Payment processing - Get paid in variety of ways without extra processing fee. Clients can use their mobile phone, computer or tablet which can be connected to Stripe, Square, and Paypal.
Contracts and forms - This one is customizable and easy to use because they allow you to load your own templates or use their own.
Accounting - Have a straightforward accounting process and see where your income, goals, and invoices are all going.
Client and project management - You can write notes, get reminders for your project, keep track of your bookings, or automated emails and other forms. Your client can also get organised with this tool with client portal.
Automation - No need for additional help if you can manage things on your own with Dubsado's automation. It will help you with your daily tasks from sending emails, contracts, invoices, to creating automated response to leads.
How does it help me and my clients
Who wouldn’t want to save their time and manage everything right away? With Dubsado, I organise everything in one place and avoid losing any files including anything sent via email. Contracts can also be securely stored and signed online.
How does it affect clients
It provides a more streamlined and more efficient process for me and my clients. Everything they send me is accounted for.

Monday - Thursday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm NZDT
Friday work from 9:00am to 3:00pm. NZDT
Closed on the weekend and on public holidays.
We will primarily use email and Dubsado to communicate during your project. This helps me keep everything organised and I get to allocate more of my time on designing.
