Simply Whyte Design works with suppliers and manufacturers all over the world to bring you the best products. 

How does it work?

After you place an order your items will be shipped directly from our suppliers and manufacturers, which means no expensive retail space or stockrooms. 

Shipping usually takes 10 - 12 days, but can take up to 30 days depending on your location and that of the supplier. If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us.

Is there a shipping cost?

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and where we can we offer free shipping.

Is the sizing standard?

All our garments have the sizes listed, please check individual listings.

Can I return or exchange items?

We rely on our suppliers to provide the product in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is sub-par please email us with photos and refer to our returns policy.

We endeavour to make sizing and color images as accurate as possible. As items are custom ordered we are unable to guarantee exchanges on items. Orders are final sale.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are in need of a return please email us at jo@simplywhytedesign.co.nz with photos of your garment and a description of the issue.

As items are custom ordered, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We endeavour to make sizing and colours as accurate as possible and are happy to help if you send us a message. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for sizing or colour preferences. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then we will send a replacement item or issue you a gift card to use on your next purchase. We do not give cash back refunds.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate - we are unable to guarantee this as an option in any circumstance. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is found to be faulty, full shipping costs will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. As some of our items are sourced from different manufacturers, your products are sent directly to you by the supplier and can take up to 30 days to arrive.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds available.
