+ i’m ready to get started. what happens next?

After we discuss the details of your project, a 25% deposit will typically be due to reserve a spot in our schedule dedicated just to you! Then we will send you information for us to get started, as well as a contract for you to sign. We will then set up your Pinterest board so you can get pinning straight away! Once the project is complete the remaining 75% is due, and once paid we can transfer over files or publish websites.

We want to be upfront, transparent, honest, and save you time!

We want the branding process to be refreshing, exciting, & inspirational without the added stress of cost. For this reason, we do offer payment plans to assist in offsetting the investment of your project. Please contact us for additional details!

Images, domain names, hosting, and email addresses each have their own fees. We will always let you know if there are any other costs that come along the way in the project.

+ What if I don't like the three logo concepts?

This sometimes does happen, even after the thorough discovery process as you may change your mind about what direction you want to go in. If you don't like the three concepts that are provided we can always do three more at an extra charge. Or alternatively, if you don't want to go any further we can terminate the project - work up until that point will need to be paid for.
